How we work
Clear message.Elegant design.Fast execution.
Every sprint follows the same method. We decide what needs to be understood before deciding how it looks, design it with care, and build it ourselves — so messaging, design, and code stay one continuous line of thought.
- Clear messagePositioning first: the customer, the offer, and the one thing a visitor must understand.
- Elegant designTypography, spacing, interaction, and motion treated as fundamentals, not decoration.
- Fast executionDesign and development in one process, so good decisions ship in days, not months.
In their words
Molene built a website that finally shows our product the way our customers experience it. Our sales team walks into every conversation with more credibility, and inbound finally has somewhere convincing to land.
Temuge EnkhbataarCo-founder & CTO, Courie AI
Courie AI (opens in a new tab)Xiao was instrumental in getting our website refresh off the ground. She is a super talented designer with a thoughtful approach and a great eye for detail. She listened carefully to what we wanted, brought helpful ideas to the table, and made the process feel manageable from the start. She was responsive, collaborative, and a pleasure to work with. I’d happily recommend Xiao to anyone looking for a designer who cares about both the work and the people she’s working with.
